Which of these things helped to quell my newly-developed all-day nausea?
None of ‘em.

nausea is a double edged sword. You want it because it reminds you that your body is doing what it needs to do and that all is well…but then is is really, really yucky feeling. I was like you…didn’t really throw up…but was nauseous 24/7 for about 12-13 weeks. Hang in there. Popsicles helped me and take your vitimins with food.
